This 11” diameter platter can be displayed in your home, either vertically on the wall (the foot is constructed in such a way that you can hang it on a small nail) or horizontally, on a table. You can also use it as you would use any side plate, for eating or serving. Fired in our wood kiln, there is a beautiful haze of golden-bronze ashing across the face of this platter, unobtainable in any other type of kiln. This particular platter, in Dangerous Red against our Infinite Black glaze, has a design that, for me, refers to a window or doorway, open to a world of possibilities. 11” w x 11” d x 2” h
